Refund & Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Sale items, intimate apparel, or customized products are not eligible for return unless defective.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned items are inspected and approved.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Final sale products, discounted clearance items, and intimate apparel (such as underwear) cannot be returned or exchanged.
